This Privacy Policy explains how Balance Bloom ("Balance Bloom," "we," "us") handles information when you use the Balance Bloom app and website. The short version: Balance Bloom is built to collect as little as possible — we have no analytics, no tracking, no accounts, and no servers that store your data.
Balance Bloom does not collect personal information. The app has no sign-up, no account, and no login. We do not ask for your name, and we cannot see your Apple Account, your Apple Account balance, your payment methods, or your purchase history.
The only information that ever reaches us is what you deliberately send us by email through the app's optional support feature (see Section 3).
Because Apple does not let apps read your Apple Account balance, you type the amount in manually. That number stays on your device. It is held only in the app's memory while you use it, is never uploaded to us or anyone else, and is discarded when you close the app. Balance Bloom does not store your balance on our servers because we don't operate servers that receive it.
If you use the in-app option to send us a message (for example, to ask about a balance we couldn't match exactly), the app opens your own email app with a draft addressed to us. That draft includes the message you write, the balance amount you entered, and — only if you choose to add it — a reply email address.
All Seed Token purchases are made and processed by Apple through the App Store, using Apple's standard in-app purchase system. Balance Bloom never sees or receives your payment card, billing address, or Apple Account credentials. Apple's handling of your purchase and payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Balance Bloom contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. We do not use cookies to track you. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not follow you across other apps or websites. The website is a simple set of static pages.
Since we don't collect personal data or run a backend that receives your information, there is nothing about you stored on our systems. The only records that may exist are support emails you choose to send us, which are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to help you and are then deleted in the ordinary course.
Balance Bloom relies on a small number of third parties for the app to function. We do not share personal data with them beyond what each inherently handles:
Balance Bloom is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because we don't collect personal data, there is nothing we hold to identify or contact a child.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a company holds about you. Because Balance Bloom does not maintain a store of your personal data, in most cases there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase. If you've emailed our support address and want that correspondence deleted, contact us and we'll remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. If a change is significant, we'll aim to make it clear on this page.
